The various blue colors and blocks represent the corporate world and the building blocks to success. The dots on the blocks portray people. If you are mindful and want to put forth the effort, educate yourself and make the change, you will work hard to achieve that. Unfortunately there are people that are not respectful to this business and will try to do anything to move forward in a dishonest manner kicking the honest member out of place. The honest person gets thrown to the bottom again and realizes, what is the true worth of all this.
