This was the time I was working out of my dining room making sad faces realizing they were me. This piece depicts a sad woman unsure of leaving her home to receive a COVID vaccination. She was trying to breakthrough the barriers of a wall of stone, cement, and wood. The forehead jewelry she wears represents caution of moving forward to come back out into the world.
